TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payments are accepted via Paypal (USD) only.
- All commissions are to be paid for upfront based on the agreed upon price quote in full before any work is done.
- All vocals, audio tracks, and/or voice over lines must be completed and sent before your commission order can be confirmed.
- Please credit me for all completed song mixes, masters, and tuning/timing work as "Tara St. Michel" in the video/project description with a link to me on either of the following:
- Commissions may be cancelled prior to any work being done. Should a commission be cancelled after work has begun, no more than 50% of the commission price may be refunded. If a full mix is completed and sent, a refund will not be available. Should a commission be cancelled on my end, a full refund will be provided. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- I cannot promise to promote or retweet the finished work on my social media accounts. Please do not ask me to promote songs or demo reels. If you will allow me to, I may choose to use finished mixes as sample works or share posts about it at my own discretion.
- I do not take chorus battle commissions. I no longer do chorus battles so I am unable to take commissions pertaining to them.
- Mix commissions distributed to music stores and streaming platforms without having purchased a commercial license from me are subject to DMCA takedown. Note that you do not require this license to monetize YouTube videos.

My tuning and timing work is not permitted to be revised without my knowledge or consent.
While collaboration is welcome, any changes that override my edits must be cleared with me before being made.
Note: For voice over demos, I do not guarantee auditions or opportunities. I can only promise to deliver a quality mix with the materials I am given. It is up to your own skills and the decision of the casting director as to whether you are hired from your demo.
